2.1 We showcase a wide range of paper shredders, industrial shredders, and related products.
2.2 All product listings are invitations to offer. Your order constitutes an offer which we may accept or reject.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for instance, due to errors in pricing, stock unavailability, or fraud).
2.4 Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless explicitly included.
2.5 Quotations provided (e.g. on request) are valid for the period specified in the quote (or for a period we indicate) and are subject to change after expiry.
2.6 We may require advance payment or partial deposit for special orders or large orders.
3. Payment & Billing

4. Delivery, Shipping & Risk of Loss

4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once products are delivered to the carrier (unless otherwise agreed).
4.4 You should inspect items upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or shortages immediately (and in any case within a time period we specify, e.g., 7 days).

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
5.1 Because of the nature of heavy machinery and customized orders, returns may not be permitted for all items.
5.2 If we agree to accept a return (or part thereof), you must follow our return procedure. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost (unless otherwise agreed).
5.3 Refunds, when applicable, will be credited by the same method as payment or as agreed between parties, less any restocking, transport or handling fees.
5.4 Products may carry manufacturer warranties. We pass on such warranties to you to the extent permitted.
5.5 Our liability under any warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price at our discretion.
